Join our Collaborative Community with Exceptional Boldness

We fill a gap that no other organization can fill... We uncover and unpack systemic gaps and barriers to sustained success in the special operations community. These are complex problems that are often too messy, challenging, or complicated for organizations to take on. But with your help as a committed monthly donor, we can ripple wellness throughout the nation's special ops community.

Targeting a systemic barrier might require building a bridge over political challenges, creating whole new systems, or developing a strategy for needed research. We bring the right people together to unpack challenges and identify the various issues at hand. Once we unpack a problem, we share the information we learned through our Education pillar and Connect the community to competent, high quality, and effective resources.

This means when you support us you invest in high quality solutions to the problems impacting every individual in special operations. Will you become a monthly donor today?

Help us target complex problems impacting special operations, and with exceptional boldness start a ripple-effect:

  • Connecting SOF to Effective and “Fit” Resources: Connecting SOF is a free, online, searchable resource directory for special operations community well-being. MSOFC’s directory will connect the community to programs and organizations that support critical aspects of health and wellness and rate each listing for cultural competency, effectiveness, and quality. Support the research to develop the transparent rating rubric in 2023. MSOFC will begin Phase 1 and collect feedback to evaluate and establish a rating system.
  • SOF Suicide Prevention Task Force: A collaborative multi-year effort to flip the narrative on suicide prevention and get years ahead of suicidal crisis. By promoting efforts that motivate and inspire wellness, this Task Force is working on a strategy the special operations community can grab onto and turn a tide of despair into a vision of hope that connects our community across generations and collectively strives to live life fully.
  • SOF Medical Initiative: This initiative targets the challenge many service members and veterans experience when seeking basic medical care. Our goal is to build a future where no service members will never again hear, “I don’t know what to do with a patient like you.” This collaborative interdisciplinary medical effort to understand common co-occurring challenges to health, performance, and well-being uniquely experienced in special operations service members and veterans. This effort will develop a common language needed for improved medical care and research.
  • SOF Cancer Task Force: A collaborative multi-year effort to understand the state of cancer occurrence and trends throughout the special operations community. With exposure to hazardous materials and environments and high, persistent stress, awareness of early warning signs is low. With better understanding of risk, we can enhance understanding and awareness of the need for preventative screening. Cancer is a devastating diagnosis, but with early detection and quality care - there is hope.

Which of these programs and initiatives are you most eager to support with a monthly gift?
